The following is a really easy way to add a touch of Halloween to your decor with very little cost and only a few supplies. If you are crafty you probably already have all of the necessary supplies somewhere in your craft room. I used a candle holder that is a tall, clear glass cylinder. You could do the same technique on all sorts of glassware; small votive holders, highball glasses or cookie jars.
Supplies:
Scissors
Card stock
Ribbon
Vintage buttons or jewels
Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Simply print out images off of your computer onto card stock, cut them out using decorative scissors and attach them with a ribbon or piece of netting. I added a vintage button with my hot glue gun; old costume jewelry would be a cute adornment as well. I also filled the bases of each cylinder with black or orange glitter.

Oh! This turned out lovely. I really like the vintage look added to the festive part.
